Our expert chef will guide you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling out the dough to achieve the perfect consistency for tagliatelle and will teach you the proper cooking techniques to achieve al dente perfection. While your pasta is resting, you will delve into the world of Pomodoro Sauce. Using fresh tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil, you will create a vibrant pomodoro sauce from scratch and discover the balance of flavors and textures that make pesto a beloved Italian classic.
