Come mark Easter in Uptown Dallas here at Hotel Crescent Court, where we’ll be hosting a fabulous holiday gourmet brunch celebration that’ll be just the ticket for ushering in spring in gustatory style!

The Easter Brunch at Hotel Crescent Court

Varied upscale dining is part of the multifaceted Hotel Crescent Court experience, as we noted in a recent blog post. For Easter, our skilled culinary team will be serving what promises to be an extraordinary brunch feast, on offer in our upper-floor Crescent Club private dining room on Sunday, April 4th from 10 AM till 3 PM.

This special chef-attended Easter brunch buffet will feature a veritable smorgasbord, the delicious spread paired with the Crescent Club’s exceptional, bird’s-eye viewshed of the Dallas cityscape.

The event’s Brunch Station will offer multiple tempting and tantalizing options, including Belgian waffles, a Spinach Benedict, and a formidable assortment of omelet fixings—plus fresh fruit and berries and such sides as crispy bacon and apple chicken sausage.

You may, alternatively, be drawn to the Seafood Station, where you can tuck into a resplendent platter of Gulf shrimp, snow-crab claws, oysters, and various accompaniments. 

Hot entrées at the Hotel Crescent Court Easter brunch buffet will include such temptations as Honey & Pineapple Glazed Ham; Slow Roast Prime Rib of Beef paired with horseradish cream and a demi-glace of port wine; a Leg of Lamb stuffed with spinach and accompanied by sun-dried tomato, feta cheese, and mint chimicurri; and Grilled Seabass served with pistachios and Meyer lemon buerre blanc. 

You’ll also have an assortment of finely crafted salads to choose among—from classic caesar to Caprese and smoked-chicken salad—plus such special children’s items as mac-n-cheese, steamed veggies, and crispy chicken tenders. 

Definitely leave some room for dessert, which comes well represented at our 2021 Easter brunch: Blood Orange Meringue Tarts, Mango & Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Creme Puffs, a tower of macaroons, and more.
