The Spa at The Crescent’s Cryotherapy Experience

Cryotherapy boosts circulation and range of motion while reducing inflammation thanks to exposure to very low temperatures. Spend three minutes in our cryotherapy chamber, and its -220 degrees Fahrenheit can work wonders. The contraction of blood vessels in muscle and skin tissue under the influence of that deep cold, and then the subsequent flow of blood back to these tissues, shakes out to a wide range of benefits, realized across the 48-hour restorative period following quality time in the chamber.

Useful as it is for top athletes—baseball, football, and basketball players, tennis pros, cyclists and track stars—cryotherapy is also increasingly popular among folks from every walk of life who are looking to ameliorate soreness and stiffness. 

A single session in our cryotherapy chamber here at The Spa at The Crescent costs $45, while as an add-on to other spa services it runs $35. Spa members pay $35.
